Beyond The Hype

Nowadays, tumblr seems like it’s just reblogs of various hype like: cupcakes/asian floozies (haha @macan)/overpriced shoes/Helvetica Tees/fake-ass chinese proverbs/memes….etc.

The list can go on and on… but not alot of people post about what they REALLY like, what makes them original as a person. I can’t say I don’t like some of those things listed above (so don’t go and try to bash me right away), but I’m not gonna dedicate my entire tumblr to it, though I will “heart” those things every once in a while.

My point is, I’m Alan and here are some things I like:

When a house has great natural light,

When my pictures have a random lens flare,

Walking around aimlessly,

Sci-Fi thrillers and crime shows,

Layovers during a long flight,

Dryer sheets.

Again, I’m not bashin on anyone’s tumblr, I just actually wanna see some original shit sometimes.

Okay I like HP as much as the next guy….but a real team? That competes against other schools (including Yale)? I thought you guys were smart.
